Alex Phua

Alex has more than 20 years of experience in Corporate Advisory having started in Ernst & Young as a Management Consultant specialising in strategy and business improvement. He has worked in Indonesia, China, Singapore and Brunei having advised Sovereign Wealth Funds, Multi-national companies and Family offices in their corporate and ownership planning.

Liu Shan Ming

Ming has spent more than 20 years in corporate and financial advisory having begun a career in banking and finance with a specialty in commodities and shipping. He then entered the then new crypto currency industry and has been instrumental in raising capital and resources for companies that are now market leaders in the space. In that same time he has assisted companies in the insurance industry developing capital investment as well as international growth.

Terence Loh

Terence began what has been a 30-year career in JP Morgan before entering private equity where he has led fund raising and capital markets outcomes for more than $500 million worth of transactions in the healthcare, beauty, skincare and cosmetics industries. He has consulted for medical business in multiple countries and has developed products, services and companies that have achieved regional and global recognition.
